esCARPment 2019

Sorry for the delay, I was trying to get more pictures. It was a good time and the third year I was involved. A really good bunch of guys, lots of fun. The fishing locations were all over the area, when you registered you got a map of allowed locations. Scouting ahead of time was allowed. All fish released unharmed of course. You got a button that had to be in the picture of the fish with a verified scale. Everyone met on that Friday, got their buttons, got any more info and just enjoyed some stories. Then you went and fished the following day. This allowed everyone to spread out to all the different areas to fish. Lots of good prizes, well worth the entry fee, I think everyone made out well. Stay tuned, I will post on our site next years entry link and try to get more pictures and updates.

I got some more pictures from the esCARPment tournament we had this summer. I have also put a link to the photographer on the web site, and it is Headwater Photography.

Everyone got a custom T-Shirt for the event, swag bags of leaders, tippet etc. Big prizes were, a custom fly rod from Ethos, custom made net, Costa Sunglass’s, hats, Fishpond bags, fly box’s, some bottles from Ghost Hill TX, (they were full when awarded), fly lines, gift certificates from Gruene Outfitters, and Action Angler, just to name a few of the items won and given out in drawings. So, everyone got something well worth the entry fee which was only $30. So, even if you did not catch fish, there were still random drawings done for some very nice prize’s.

When I hear of the date for next years event, I will post it here.
